F & E Cleaning Services offers cleaning plans to suit your home or business. A full description of our services by room is offered below. We offer weekly, bi-monthly and monthly cleaning service intervals with no long-term contracts. We schedule your service visits within one-hour windows, so you will always know when to expect us. You can always call our email us should you need or assistance in between scheduled cleaning services.

Reception Areas, Hallways and Offices
• Surface dust all exposed horizontal surfaces of office furniture
• Spot clean horizontal surfaces for removal of spillage, marks and rings
• Empty all trash receptacles and remove to a collection point. Replace liners as needed
• Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from interior glass, other than windows
• Spot clean entrance door glass
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, push plates and light switches
• Sweep and spot mop all hard surface floors
• Vacuum all carpeted area walkway
• Vacuum walk-off mats
• Spot clean walls, doors and door frames as needed
Break Rooms
• Empty trash and spot clean the outside of the trash receptacles
• Spot clean walls, particularly behind trash cans and backsplash areas
• Clean and disinfect countertop, sink, table, chairs and cabinets
• Restock paper products, hand soap, etc.
• Sweep and mop floors wall to wall
Restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and wash, if necessary. Replace lines
• Disinfect door handles and light switches
• Clean all dispensers, mirrors and fixtures
• Clean and disinfect sinks, urinal, toilets and toilet seats
• Spot clean walls to remove smudges and marks
• Restock all paper products and hand soap
• Sweep and mop floor with disinfectant
